The Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza, 4728 Constitution Avenue, Baton Rouge, LA is where all of the events take place. Rooms are available for $89.00 per night provided you make reservations prior to June 2, 2010. Reservations may also be made through the Crowne Plaza website. The code for online reservations is P62. The hotel is located near Interstate 10 at the College Drive exit in Baton Rouge.

Northwest, US Air, Delta and Continental Airlines fly into Ryan Metropolitan Airport (BTR) located in Baton Rouge. The Crowne Plaza provides transportation to and from Ryan Metro Airport upon request for a nominal fee. Contact the hotel’s Transportation Coordinator at 225.930.0105.
All major airlines fly into the Louis Armstrong International Airport (MSY) which is located in New Orleans and is 70 miles south of Baton Rouge on Interstate 10. The New Orleans airport is on the northwestern side of the city, so the drive to Baton Rouge is an easy one.

The competition site is located on Interstate 10 at the College Drive exit in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza is a lovely hotel with many amenities, including a beautiful 15,000 square foot ballroom and a 3,000 square foot gym with state of the art equipment. Dancing will take place on a 44 X 76 foot continuous hardwood floor. A 16 X 56 foot practice floor of the same quality will also be provided. Spacious dressing room facilities will be available for competitors. The hotel provides ample free parking. Within minutes from the hotel are a number of excellent eating establishments, shopping areas and more.
