Wayne Crowder Adjudicator - Eden, NC   
    NDCA+ISTD - A++ B+ C+ D+ E+
Wayne is a four time USA Dance Amateur Champion in Latin and a 3-time USA representative to the IDSF World Latin Championships. Wayne has won numerous Regional Standard and Latin Championship titles and was a Standard finalist in the USA DanceSport National Championships. 
Wayne is a National Certified Adjudicator and a proud member of the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing (the ISTD). Wayne also serves on the National Committee of the United States Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, as well as a Dancesport Council member of USA Dance.

  Former Championship finalist. Represented the United States at the European Cup Championships. Former Chairman of the Southeastern Dance Board for Auther Murray, Inc. Former Member of the International Dance Board for Arthur Murray, Inc. Fellow of the North American Dance Teachers Assoication in International Standard, Latin, American Smooth, Rhythm, and Theater Arts. World Class Adjudicator.

  Kim Smith is classified as a Championship Adjudicator with the NDCA. She holds both fellowships and memberships with the North American Teachers Association. She has been teaching dance for over 25 years and is a former professional competitor. Kim is the owner and operator of Dr. Dance Studio, Inc. in Birmingham Alabama.

Five times Danish Professional Standard Champion and Finalist in All Major championships including World, European, International and UK championships, British, German, US, Japah and Dutch Open. High level coach to US Champions and World Youth Finalists. She is Certified Fellow in all styles of dance and has judged many championships throughout the world. ISDF Certified and WDDSC World Class Judge.  

Kathryn Marie Schaffer Adjudicator - Temple Terrace, FL

  Kathryn Schaffer is a former North American Champion and a former United States Champion in International Standard. As well as winning the Ohio Star Ball and countless other Championships with several partners, Kathryn was a finalist in many open to the world competitions. She has been the United States representative in several World Championships including those held in England, Denmark and Japan. Kathryn was honored to be a member of the highly prestigious Blackpool International Team Match. She is also the recipient of the very prestigious Feather Award. She is a Certified World Class Adjudicator holding Highly Commended Fellow in International Standard, International Latin, American Smooth and American Rhythm with the N.A.D.T.A. Since retiring from competition, Miss Schaffer has maintained an extremely active schedule as an adjudicator, lecturer and coach throughout the United States.

Daniel Calloway Chairman - Bethesda, MD

Dan has been competing professionally, coaching and adjudicating for 35 years. He is an Asian-Pacific and United States Professional 10-Dance Grand Finalist and has been a Dual Fellow in the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing for twenty-five years. He was invited by President and Mrs. Obama to perform for them and their guests of the international diplomatic corps at the White House in 2009. Dan works frequently as Chairman of Judges and is a certified National Judge. Among the many professional competitions he has won and titles he has earned are several “Professional of the Year” awards. Dan is the dancesport coach for Georgetown University and the University of Maryland, as well as a regular guest coach at several other universities

Yang Chen has been dancing for more than twenty years and is currently the President of the Greater New York USA Dance Chapter. Yang has extensive experience as a Master of Ceremonies of many ballroom competitions including the Manhattan Amateur Classic, NJ DanceSport Classic, National Qualifying Events in Bethesda, Maryland, Knoxville, Tennessee and Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the USA Dance National Championships and numerous collegiate events, including the DC DanceSport Inferno. He lives in New York City, and yes, his first name is pronounced “young.”

Ann Durocher Organizer - Houma, LA
Ann began dance training in 1999 following early retirement from BellSouth Corporation. She has been active in the ballroom dance community since that time. In addition to competing as an amateur, she has performed in four dance formation teams in the New Orleans area. Ann is currently the president of Louisiana DanceSport and the past president of the Louisiana Gumbo Chapter of USA Dance. She is the organizer of the Gumbo DanceSport Championships, a National Qualifying Event for USA Dance, which is affectionately known as the “Gumbo of Ballroom.” Ann is also certified as a USA DanceSport Official. Ann and her husband, Jim Steven, are managing partners of Studio 371, a ballroom, Latin and social dance studio located in Houma, Louisiana. When not dancing, she is devoted to spending time with her grandchildren and to traveling with Jim.

Mark Tabor Scrutineer - Beaverton, OR

Introduced to ballroom dancing in 1993, Mark became involved in competition, and competed for over 15 years. Beginning in 2000, he organized 18 chapter competitions and Six USA Dance Regional Competitions. Throughout this experience, he developed the O2CM system for DanceSport competition management and began scrutineering. Mark moved to Oregon and began teaching at The Ballroom Dance Company in 2008. On the road nearly every other week, he works all levels of events as a scrutineer, including NDCA pro/am events, USA Dance National Championships and IDSF World Championship and World Cups.
